Cancer medicines to cost up to 70% less as Centre caps trade margin at 30%

The government has capped trade margins on 137 anti-cancer medicines at 30%, with revised prices taking effect from November 9, 2026. The maximum retail price of some medicines could fall by up to 70%, the government said.
