Charges order in NEET-UG leak case reserved, court to rule on November 18
A Delhi court on Thursday reserved its order on framing charges against 14 accused in the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case and will pronounce it on November 18. The CBI has alleged that leaked questions were supplied to candidates at a house in Nanded.

Delhi's Anti-Corruption Branch has alleged in a chargesheet that a tender for two X-ray machines turned into an order for 448, with each machine bought at ₹37.8 lakh against a market rate of ₹14.9 lakh. The court has taken cognizance of the chargesheet, which pegs the loss at ₹842 crore.
