53 to 67 and no majority in sight: Israel wakes up to a hung Knesset

With 90 per cent of votes counted, Benjamin Netanyahu's bloc is projected to win 53 seats in the 120-member Knesset and the opposition 67, including a record 19 for Arab-led parties. Neither side can form a government without partners it has ruled out.
