Fake Rs 500 notes worth Rs 6.78 crore, a printing unit and a police costume
Four men were arrested near Ramoji Film City on the outskirts of Hyderabad with counterfeit Rs 500 notes of face value Rs 6.78 crore, police said. A printing unit was found in a rented house at Kuntloor. The gang allegedly posed as police officers, with fake IDs, walkie-talkies and a dummy pistol, to intimidate buyers and take their real money.
