Delhi's Anti-Corruption Branch has alleged in a chargesheet that a tender for two X-ray machines turned into an order for 448, with each machine bought at ₹37.8 lakh against a market rate of ₹14.9 lakh. The court has taken cognizance of the chargesheet, which pegs the loss at ₹842 crore.
