Lula wins a fourth term from behind, and Bolsonaro's son refuses to accept it

Brazil's Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva won a fourth term with 51.79% of the vote in Sunday's runoff, beating Flavio Bolsonaro's 48.21% by about 4.4 million votes. It is the first time since Brazil's return to democracy in 1988 that a first-round loser has won the presidency. Bolsonaro is seeking an annulment; PM Narendra Modi congratulated Lula.
