Bihar chief minister Samrat Choudhary joined the Deepotsav at Kalyanpur in his home district of Munger on Saturday, where 11,11,111 lamps were lit along the Ganga. He said work on an 83-km marine drive linking Munger and Bhagalpur will begin within two months.
