Cockroach party leaders withdraw custody plea; Delhi HC says wait for magistrate
Cockroach Janata Party co-conveners Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka withdrew from the Delhi High Court their plea against extended judicial custody. Justice Subramonium Prasad told them to await the outcome of a hearing before the Special Executive Magistrate. The court made no observation on the merits.
