Launched on 30th August, 2011, the scheme “Free Travel Facility for the Person Who is Honored by Presidential Police Medal / Police for Gallantry Award for Retirement” by the Rajasthan State Transport Corporation under the Transport Department, Government of Rajasthan, aims to provide free travel facilities in Rajasthan State Transport Corporation buses to retired persons who are residents of Rajasthan and have been honored with the Presidential Police Medal or Police for Gallantry Award.

Step 1: The applicant should submit the gallantry award certificate for verification.
Step 2: The applicant should approach the RSRTC Headquarters, Jaipur for document submission.
Step 3: After successful verification, the competent authority issues an identity card or RFID card.
Step 4: The applicant can thereafter avail free travel in eligible RSRTC buses using the issued card.
