Nvidia leases 7.6 lakh sqft in Bengaluru, commits over Rs 1,230 crore in 10-year office deal

Nvidia will pay a starting monthly rent of Rs 8.59 crore, or Rs 113 per square foot, for the 7,60,000 square feet office space, documents showed.
