About Haryana Divyang Pension Scheme
The “Haryana Divyang Pension Scheme” was introduced by the Government of Haryana in the financial year 1981-82 to provide social security to disabled individuals in the state. The scheme aims to support disabled persons who are unable to sustain themselves through their own resources and require financial assistance from the state. Under this scheme, disabled persons who are domiciles of Haryana, have a minimum of 60% disability, and are 18 years of age or older, are eligible for a pension based on the criteria outlined in the scheme’s rules.
Benefits
Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹3,000/- per month is provided as a pension to disabled persons with a minimum of 60% disability.
Who is Eligible
- The applicant should be a domicile of Haryana and should have been residing in the state for at least 3 years at the time of submitting the application.
- The applicant should be 18 years of age or older.
- The applicant’s self-income from all sources should not exceed the minimum wage for unskilled labour as notified by the Labour Department.
- The applicant should have a disability ranging from 60% to 100%.
- The applicant should have one of the following disabilities:
• Blindness
• Low vision
• Leprosy cured
• Hearing impairment
• Locomotor disability
• Intellectual disability (Mental Retardation)
• Mental illness
How to Apply
Online
Registration Process on Antyodaya-SARAL Portal:
Step 1: The eligible applicant may apply online through the Official Portal- Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 2: If the applicant is not registered on the portal, he/she gets registered there.
Step 3: For registration, click “New User” under ‘Sign In Here’ and fill in all the mandatory details i.e. Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password & State. Click on ‘Submit’.
Step 4: Verify your mobile number and email ID through the received OTP and complete the registration process.
Login to apply for the scheme:
Step 1: To avail the benefits of the scheme, visit the Official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal and log in through the email ID used while registering.
Step 2: Enter Password & Captcha and click on ‘Login’.
Step 3: After successful login, click on ‘Apply for Services’ and then ‘View all Available Services’.
Step 4: Now, you can search for the scheme and click on ‘Proceed to Apply’ to fill out the application form.
Step 5: Fill in all the mandatory details and upload all the mandatory documents.
Step 6: Preview the application form and click on ‘Submit’.
Tracking of Application:
Applicants can track their applications through the Official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal by entering their Department Name, Scheme Name, and Application Reference ID.

The eligible applicant may apply for the benefits of scheme through e-disha Center and Atal Seva Kendra.

- “Pension” wherever occurring in any Government notification concerning Social Security Benefits means and includes, income received or accrued from accumulated earnings, including schemes:
• Provident Funds, or
• Annuities from any source including Commercial Banks, Financial Institutions or Insurance.
