The scheme "Education Loan Scheme for Backward Classes" by the Haryana Backwards Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam, Government of Haryana, aims to provide education loans to members of Backward Classes for pursuing professional and technical education at the graduate and higher levels. Through this scheme, education loans are provided to eligible Backward Classes students to help them pursue professional and technical courses. The scheme is implemented by the Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam.

Who is Eligible
- The applicant should be between 18 to 55 years of age.
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana.
- The annual family income of the applicant should not exceed ₹3,00,000/- in both rural and urban areas.
- The applicant should belong to Backward Classes.
- The applicant should have obtained admission for any professional and technical courses approved by an appropriate agency, such as AICTE, Medical Council of India, UGC, etc., in a duly accredited/recognised institute.
- The applicant should have a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam, i.e., the exam whose qualification is a prerequisite for the course.
- The applicant should have a Pariwar Pehchan Patra (PPP ID).

Registration Process on Antyodaya-SARAL PortalStep 1: Visit the Official Portal: Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 2: For registration, click on “New User/Register Here” and fill in all the mandatory details,i.e., Name, Email ID, Mobile Number & password. Click on ‘Submit’.
Step 3:**** Verify the OTP received in the provided Email and Mobile Number. Alternatively, click on the Verification Link to activate the profile.

Step 2:**** The “Sign in here” option is available on the right side of the screen. Fill in the required credentials and click on the ‘Login’ button.
Step 3: In the opened window, click on “Scheme/Services list”, and a list of schemes will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Now, select the scheme and click on “Apply for Service/Scheme”.
Step 5: Fill in all the details in the online application form and click on "Submit".
